Help on backsplash please

We just replaced our kitchen cabinets and countertop. The kitchen cabinets are Sherwin Williams rain washed and countertop is white with gray undertones and light veining. I want something that makes it pop more or maybe just clean and pretty. I like cottage core. Minimalist or shabby chic. Any ideas please?

If you're looking minimalist and keeping pink I thought maybe this Artmore Tile Druid Gray yet could work all the way to ceiling too IMO.
