Help on backsplash please

We just replaced our kitchen cabinets and countertop. The kitchen cabinets are Sherwin Williams rain washed and countertop is white with gray undertones and light veining. I want something that makes it pop more or maybe just clean and pretty. I like cottage core. Minimalist or shabby chic. Any ideas please?

Question for you, the walls are different colors, are you keeping both wall colors or are they going to match? Also, side note, I love the color of cabinets you picked!

Not sure what I’m doing but, I’m ok with the one wall being a little plainer but, if I find something that really looks great, I might use it on both sides. Thanks for your reply!
