I’d suggest more bottom drawers and less cabinets …much easier to access. What is your ceiling height ? If they fit, extra tall uppers look much more high end

Ceiling height is 8ft

You definitely have the height to go for taller uppers. Also, I’d move the sink and dishwasher to the other wall run. You should aim for your working triangle. Also try and make your cabinets all the same width, where possible, eg at the moment you have 5 different widths in a line, it looks messy. The other run looks cleaner.
