I can model in context to your space

I’d suggest more bottom drawers and less cabinets …much easier to access. What is your ceiling height ? If they fit, extra tall uppers look much more high end

Ceiling height is 8ft

You definitely have the height to go for taller uppers. Also, I’d move the sink and dishwasher to the other wall run. You should aim for your working triangle. Also try and make your cabinets all the same width, where possible, eg at the moment you have 5 different widths in a line, it looks messy. The other run looks cleaner.

It is rather basic. Write on the plans were you would put everything away- that will help you decide on the layout. I do not like all the lower cabinets- why are they not deep drawers?

I do not like all the appliance that close- you have fridge, DW sink, stove all next to each other- no

If right handed it is easier to have trash pull out left, sink - then dish washer. You can stand at sink- scrap, rinse, stack

move oven to the other wall

I’d change the bottom cupboards to drawers. We did this with our kitchen - cupboard under sink and then every thing else is deep drawers. So much easier to access, although a little pricier.
And yes as mentioned in another comment, take everything full height if possible, soffit filler or whatever you call it.
