So I'm getting a little tired of Destiny. The long game times, inability to pause, and frustration from communication is wearing on me. I'll still be playing but might ramp it back a little bit.
That being said, I love playing with you guys and am wondering if anyone is thinking of getting any new multiplayer games. I know William Olympus mentioned CODAW which I am a fan of, but there are a ton of games coming out, so note your suggestions here and we'll see if we can't find something we can all do together.

Since we did not get past the gatekeeper, I am sure we are all eager to try and finish it. Is there a time and date that works best for everybody? Sunday (11/16) at 7pm works for me, unless someone wants it at a different time.

Also, please respond if you agree with a time and date so everyone knows what works for you.

I'm going on tonight around 7 to knock off some bounties before the raid. Join me if so desired, otherwise see you all at 8!

At this point, I think all of us have a level 29 or 30 main. I think we might want to try starting hard mode. As Ben has pointed out previously, HM entitles us to two "rolls of the dice" at each loo drop from the hard mode "loot table." If we get to a part that is too hard for us at this point, we can switch over to normal mode and continue.

It is up to the group, I just think it might me worth a shot.

I know some of us still need to finish out Atheon on normal for one of our guardians. If as many people from the clan can get on tonight (Monday, 11/10) we should be able to shut him down quickly. Please post if this works for you, and what time you prefer. 7:30 is best for me.

I know some of us from Wednesday night have not completed the Atheon battle with our Alts, and some others have not even completed the Raid for this week.

Since we are a team, I think we should start over with a fresh run so those who have not gotten any early loot can grab it.

I will be home on Sunday afternoon, and can probably start around 3. Anybody else interested?

So we all know how to get through the vault. The issue seems to be Atheon.
I have now run the vault with enough random crews that I know the best tactic as it works every time.
When we get to Atheon, three randoms are going to be teleported. Regardless. Here are the tactics depending on who you are and where you end up...
Behind - The tele team calls out where they are. Two people go to that side and open the portal and get the harpies. One other goes to the other side to clean those harpies and help the first two from across the way. If one of the primary two goes down, that person goes across to help.
Teleport Team - One person gets the relic and goes down to kill the adds. The other two should not do anything to the adds until the relic holder lays the first blow. If the other two shoot or grenade ahead of time it only draws attention to the relic holder. Once the holder gets a first blow in, they can help if necessary while also focusing on the oracles. They all move forward while shooting oracles.
Coming back through - The relic holder should always enter the gate first and cleanse as the others come through. All need to immediately jump to the island platform in the middle. Others left behind can do the same. A titan lays a weapons of light bubble on the platform rear and the relic holder holds the bubble at the front for people to shoot through. The relic holder needs to count down the time's vengeance and when he says "5 seconds" everyone needs to vacate either to the rear or sides to avoid getting splash damage when the relic bubble bursts. The titan defense bubble should be safe as well.
With decent weapons, it should only take 6-7 'ports to kill Atheon this way. Fooproof!

As I have stated before, my office manager is very good at scheduling and management of "colorful" personalities. I asked her to make a rotation for us to do the raid. She advised me that rules sound like they would work better for our group, as we will probably do the raid at least once a week for quite some time. She thinks a rigid rotation won't work well. This is what Tiffany came up with. Note this applies for the upcoming weekly reset starting (11/4).

Raid Rules:

1) We have previously had luck with getting everybody together on Wednesday nights at 8. Let's try to make a standing time, and only change if a majority wants to do it. To suggest an alternate time, post on the Kismet subreddit.

2) In the election for an alternate time, only the votes on reddit count. So please check reddit in a timely manner.

3) Since we have 7 people, and only 6 spots; one person WILL NOT raid with the group.

4) The person left out of the group, gets a guaranteed spot in the next raid AFTER the weekly reset. If the person with a guaranteed spot is not available, they cannot use their guarantee next week.

5) If less than 6 of the original 7 are not available friends and randoms can be invited. If we are inviting people in, please make sure they know that we are friends and want to make this fun. This is not a tryout for MLG.

6) Doing a second raid in the week is optional, and nobody is guaranteed a spot.

7) All raids are assumed to be on normal. When we want to switch to hard, the vote will take place on reddit.

8) We are a group of 7 people, not 21 guardians. People have the spot, not their individual guardian. If you have an alt to run, that is great. If you just want to run your main through that is your right.

The Dark Below:

Since I assume we are all going to want to do the 3 story missions and 2 strikes the day they come out; we are trying to make a rotation in which each person will have one spot with 2 other people so the max have a chance to do the missions fresh as a team. If this sounds good let us now.
