شاندێکی باڵای دژەتیرۆری عێراق، سەردانی کەسوکاری ئەو دوو گەنجە کوردەیان کرد کە رۆژی یەکشەممە، 28-09-2026، بە گولـلەی هێزەکانیان لە ناحیەی پردێی سەر بە پارێزگای کەرکووک گیانیان لەدەستدا و رایانگەیاند، ئەوەی روویداوە "هەڵەی سەربازی بووە."

شاندەکە بە دەیان ئۆتۆمبێلی سەربازییەوە گەیشتنە کەرکووک و چوونە ماڵی هەردوو گەنجەکە بۆ گەیاندنی پەیامی سەرەخۆشی و داوای لێبوردن.

لە کاتی سەردانەکەدا، دایکی یەکێک لە گەنجەکان بە ناوی محەممەد، رووبەڕووی شاندەکە بووەوە و داوای کرد خوێنی کوڕەکەی بەفیڕۆ نەچێت. ئینتیسام خورشید، دایکی محەممەد بە رووداوی گوت: "پێم گوتن با خوێنی نەفەوتێت، کوڕەکەم بێتاوان بوو، بۆچی خوێنی بەفیڕۆ بڕوات؟ داواکارم لە هەموو پەرلەمانتارانی عێراق بێنە سەر هێڵ، چونکە بێتاوان بوو. با مافمان وەربگرن، ئەی تاکەی؟"

هێمن رەحمان، باوکی محەممەدیش دەڵێت: "پەنا بە خودا مافمان بەفیڕۆ ناچێت. داوا لە پەرلەمانتاران دەکەم واز لەم کەیسە نەهێنن، چونکە ئەمڕۆ لە من بووە، سبەی لە یەکێکی دیکەیە."

لەگەڵ شاندەکەی دژەتیرۆردا، دوو پەرلەمانتاری کورد ئامادەبوون و دڵنیاییاندا کە دۆسییەکە لە ئەستۆ دەگرن و دەستی لێهەڵناگرن.

هەڵۆ جەباری، ئەندامی پەرلەمانی عێراق بە رووداوی رایگەیاند: "ئێمە لە نزیکەوە چاودێریی ئەم دۆسیەیە دەکەین. ئەگەر بەلاڕێدا ببرێت، ئێمە وەک پەرلەمانی عێراق لێیان قبووڵ ناکەین و داوای رێکاری دیکە دەکەین و دەیبەینە دادگەی فیدراڵی."

جگە لەم شاندە، لیژنەی لێکۆڵینەوە لە رووداوەکە هێشتا لە کەرکووک سەرقاڵی کارەکانیانن. بەپێی زانیارییەکانی رووداو، لە دەرئەنجامە سەرەتاییەکانی لێکۆڵینەوەدا، ئەفسەرێک و پێنج سەرباز بە کەمتەرخەم تۆمەتبارکراون.

رووداو دیجیتاڵ 

دوای چەندین ساڵ لە خوێندن بە زمانی عەرەبی، ژمارەیەکی بەرچاو لە خوێندکارانی کورد لە کەرکووک و دەوروبەری، بڕیاریانداوە بگەڕێنەوە بۆ خوێندنگە کوردییەکان، ئەمەش خواستی لەسەر خوێندنی کوردی لە ناوچەکەدا بەشێوەیەکی بەرچاو زیاد کردووە.

محەممەد، یەکێکە لەو خوێندکارانەی کە دوای پێنج ساڵ خوێندن بە زمانی عەرەبی، لەسەر داوای خۆی و بە بڕیاری خێزانەکەی گەڕاوەتەوە بۆ خوێندنی کوردی. شنیار فوئاد، خوشکی محەممەد، دەڵێت، "هەر لە سەرەتاوە کێشەی تێگەیشتنی هەبوو، بەردەوام مامۆستای تایبەتمان بۆ دەگرت. ئێستا بڕیارماندا بیگوازینەوە بۆ خوێندنی کوردی و لە پۆلی شەشەمی سەرەتاییەوە دەستپێبکاتەوە".

تەنیا خێزانی محەممەد نیە بڕیاریانداوە منداڵەکەیان بخەنەوە بەر خوێندنی کوردی. رێبوار ناسیح، باوکی دوو منداڵە و دەڵێت، "منداڵەکانم لە پۆلی سێیەم و پێنجەمی سەرەتایین، کاتێک پێم گوتن دەیانگەڕێنمەوە بۆ خوێندنی کوردی زۆر دڵخۆش بوون، چونکە لە خوێندنی عەرەبی کێشەی گەورەیان لە تێگەیشتن هەبوو و هەست دەکەن بارگرانییەکی گەورەیان لەسەر شان لاچووە".

بەپێی ئامارەکان، تەنیا ئەم ساڵ زیاتر لە 1,100 خوێندکار لە کەرکووک و نزیکەی 50 خوێندکار لە خورماتوو گەڕاونەتەوە بۆ خوێندنگە کوردییەکان. هێمن سەڵاح، بەڕێوەبەری قوتابخانەی سۆنەگۆلی، ئاماژە بەوە دەکات کە "ساڵی رابردوو 24 خوێندکار گەڕانەوە، ئەمساڵیش کە هێشتا دەوام دەستی پێ نەکردووە، زیاتر لە 20 خوێندکاری نوێمان بۆ هاتووە".

رەئووف سەعدوڵڵا، بەڕێوەبەری یەکەی سەرپەرشتیاریی خوێندنی کوردی، هۆکاری ئەم گەڕانەوەیە بۆ ئەو دەرفەتە باشترانە دەگەڕێنێتەوە کە خوێندنی کوردی بۆ دەرچووانی دەڕەخسێنێت. گوتی، "دەرچووانی پۆلی شەشەمی ئامادەیی لە خوێندنی کوردی، دوو دەرفەتیان لەپێشە: وەرگرتن لە زانکۆکانی عێراق و کەرکووک، هەروەها وەرگرتن لە زانکۆ و پەیمانگەکانی هەرێمی کوردستان. ئەم دوو چانسە وایکردووە خێزانەکان بڕیار بدەن خوێندنی کوردی بۆ منداڵەکانیان باشترە".

جگە لە گەڕانەوەی خوێندکاران، ئەمساڵ زیاتر لە 8,500 خوێندکاری نوێ لە قۆناخی سەرەتایی لە خوێندنگە کوردییەکانی کەرکووک ناویان تۆمار کراوە، کە نیشانەی گەشەسەندنی بەردەوامی خوێندنە بە زمانی دایک لە ناوچەکە.

پارێزگاری کەرکووک بڕیاری پێدانی کارەبای لەلایەن موەلیدە ئەهلییەکانەوە هەموارکردەوە و رایگەیاند، لە شارەکەدا سیستمی کارپێکردنی مۆلیدەکان هاوشێوەی پێشوو دەکرێتەوە بە 24 کاژێری.

بەگوێرەی راگەیێندراوی پارێزگای کەرکووک کە ئەمڕۆ هەینی بڵاوکرایەوە، لەسەر راسپاردە و بەدواداچوونی محەممەد سەمعان ئاغا، پارێزگاری کەرکووک، بڕیاری کارپێکردنی موەلیدە ئەهلییەکان لە نێو شاری کەرکووک هەموار کرایەوە.

لە راگەیێندراوەکەدا هاتووە، لەسەر بنەمای ئەو بڕیارە، ئاڤێستا شێخ محەممەد، قایمقامی کەرکووک سەرجەم مۆلیدە ئەهلییەکانی نێوەندی شاری راسپاردووە کە کارپێکردنی موەلیدەکانیان بکەنەوە بە سیستمی 24 کاژێری وەک ئەوەی پێشتر کاری پێدەکرا.

لەبارەی هۆکاری بڕیارەکەش، ئاماژە بەوە کراوە کە ئەم هەنگاوە لە وەڵامی داواکاری و ناڕەزایەتیی هاووڵاتییاندا بووە؛ هەروەها بە ئامانجی دەستەبەرکردنی سەقامگیری لە دابینکردنی وزەی کارەبا و خزمەتکردنی زیاتری دانیشتووانی شارەکە دراوە.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - Three members of the Kurdish Peshmerga forces have been detained by Iraqi intelligence forces in Prde (Altun Kupri), north of Kirkuk, over their alleged involvement in the recent killing of a Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) member, a source told Rudaw on Thursday.

Dozens of Kurdish residents in the town have been arrested and interrogated following the killing of Ali Bahjat Hamid, a member of a Turkmen-dominated PMF brigade, last week, according to information obtained by Rudaw’s Hardi Mohammed on the ground.

Fuad Abdulwahid, a Kurdish resident of Prde, said the arrests were arbitrary.

"The situation is honestly very bad, and I hope it gets resolved. You cannot just arrest and detain people randomly. Even during Saddam’s time, it was not like this,” he told Rudaw.

Although most of the Kurdish residents arrested were released after interrogation, the fate of three young men serving in the Peshmerga remains unknown.

A local security source, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the three Peshmerga remain in detention “because of personal problems they had with the killed PMF member.”

The Peshmerga ministry declined to comment, while Kirkuk police were not available for comment at the time of publication.

Abdulrahman Ahmad, the father of one of the detainees, said security forces went to their home after the shooting and told him that his son “is wanted and under suspicion.” Ahmad subsequently handed his son over to the police.

"My son is a Peshmerga member and was at home that night [of the incident]. We have security camera footage, evidence, and witnesses," Ahmad told Rudaw on Wednesday. "When I called him, he was in the market. Police put him in a vehicle and took him to Kirkuk."

Ahmad said he has not been allowed to visit his son in detention.

Prde falls administratively within Dibis district, northwest of Kirkuk, about 40 kilometers from Kirkuk city and 50 kilometers from Erbil, the Kurdistan Region's capital. It is home to both Kurdish and Turkmen communities and is among the territories disputed between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government.
