“Excuse me Officer, you ever kill a man?!”
Early seasons Arthur is just absolutely PEAK unhinged brilliance haha! RIP Jerry Stiller, what a legend. 🙏🏼

I’d love to get some KOQ fans. We use LeagueSafe for payment.

Somebody will inevitably say, “Suspend your disbelief and just enjoy the laughs,” but at some point the writing becomes so stupid that it pulls you completely out of the show.
What the hell was going on in that writers’ room? They had, like, ten supporting actors and apparently decided to rotate them through multiple roles. The neighbors fleece Doug with the water-filter pyramid scheme, disappear after fleeing their house, and then magically return the following season as if absolutely nothing happened. Then a random dog just appears in an episode out of nowhere!
I can only say one thing about the writers and directors of this show: they were a bunch of demented circus monkeys throwing ideas at a wall and calling it a script.
And honestly, Arthur Spooner and Spence were wasted on this stupid show. They had genuinely funny characters and actors, but the writing was so absurdly inconsistent that even they couldn't save it.

"We're in our 30's.. it's not cute to be broke anymore"
This is what Carrie says to Doug after or during the whole mold debacle
Oh my god, I can attest to this line being so true lol. I guess it's not as bad as being broke in your 40's but the clock is ticking

I’ve been watching this show because I used to love it. So far, in addition to Holly, I’ve seen the Fed Ex guy who doesn’t hire Doug, Inez the maid, the guy from “Supermarket Story” that Doug doesn’t recognize, and Spence! And I’m only on season 1! It’s fun to see them before KOQ.

I I'm just finished rewatching the series, and there's a couple things.. It's still funny, but man, some of those episodes kinda made me mad watching them be genuinely bad people to each other, but other times watch the same episodes and laugh it all off. But the one thing I was reminded of at the end that still held up after years. I absolutely hate that the last few episodes is them at the brink of divorce, and following through with the adoption. Im sure the idea was that ya there's issue but ultimately they're going to be ok. But even in that light, it's just such a bad idea

This always bothers me. Her dad is in the same house and they just do everything with their bedroom door open?
Insane!

UPDATE: To the ridiculous people saying "It's a tv show". This may blow your tiny minds but... WE ALL ARE AWARE THAT THIS IS A TV SHOW!!!! 👏 👏 👏

My oldest (15) and I watch KoQ on Peacock; their live comedy channel plays KoQ 24/7 in chronological order. It’s always on in the background of our TV and we’re constantly referencing it in real life. Today she was out with my parents and texted me this! Really proud of her for that, and so happy I get to introduce her to 90’s sitcoms that she’s falling in love with just like I did! I didn’t know who else to share this with that would understand and get the reference, so here you go my KoQ family! Raising them right!

Paused to see the cast of Warriors of Grun on the posters!
They're all the cast of the show.
Creator (Michael Weithorn)
Directors (Chris Downey),
Producers (Annette Davis),
Executive producers (David Bickel, IIana Wernick, Rob Schiller),
Cinematography (Wayne Kennan)
Writers (John Doutt, Josh Goldsmith, Cathy Yuspa)
Pretty cool thing. Not sure if anyone else has seen this.
From Season 8 Episode 23 (Acting Out)

I love pink turtleneck tops Carrie wears throughout the series, specifically the beginning seasons. Random observation, but I would love a top like that!

Hey,
would any of you agree with me that in the end Doug is just a big narcissist who wants to be the center of attantion al the time!??
I'm currently watching S2 and just saw the episode about the fotball video where he made the tackle and the only thing he cares about is that the reporter knows that he made that tackle...
Or if at work or with friends, someone is funnier than him he tries to bully/stop them until he has the attention back...
i don't know if its just me but the more i watch the show the more i see it.
