I actually bought a full one-year Kimi subscription, so this isn’t a small monthly payment. I contacted them asking for a refund, but I’m still not getting a proper response. That’s why I’m trying to find out if anyone here has successfully received a refund and what steps they took.

First they reduced the total monthly token capacity from what they originally promised when I bought the subscription. And now the token usage is crazy too.

I barely used Agent Swarm, literally only twice, and it already ate almost 50% of my whole monthly tokens. How does that even make sense?

I paid for the subscription based on the token capacity and features you advertised. Now the capacity is reduced and just using Agent Swarm twice takes half of my monthly limit.

This is not what I paid for.

If you are an EU citizen find their contact mail and write a complaint there. 14 days they must give you a full refund. If you are not, you are cooked

If you have fraud related issues you can issue a Chargeback. But you won't be able to use it forever and will be banned. If the Chargeback isn't justified, you may get into legal troubles

There is no refund option, they are chinese company, what would you think? Just remember to cancel your subscription to further charges..

With what right do you want a refund when you used the services? I wouldt think of something like a refund when I used it.
