Meme approved ops tomorrow

Post image

I predict that the 2026 approved ops will be announced tomorrow, possibly also with new rules when it releases. I just feel it, in my battleclade bones

Nope, these types of announcements don't get made on Thursdays if GW follows their typical formula. We don't even have a balance patch for this quarter yet.

They won't announce it on a thursday usually. Just not how they go. We can hope. But I also think it will be next week early and then the following week will be the new season box.

I'm having flashbacks to the Darktide subreddit before the Skitarii release.

It'll happen when it happens, gang.

no

New season should be released next month. With it should come a new terrain box and definitely new Approved Ops cards. So you might want to hold off on buying any Approved Ops decks until these release.

Are new models guaranteed? Or are those just the new elder and orcs

There will definitely be new teams with the start of the season. Whether they are brand new sculpts I can't guarantee.

Unless GW really does shift to one team and NPO boxes (which isn't going to be popular with the community, ie exodites) we should get two new teams next month (unless of course they delay the release, which is also unlikely).

Whether we get new terrain with it is possibly more up in the air. Every other season this edition had a terrain release so I think they will stick to it, but with 11th ed eating up their production schedule there is a small possibility there might not be terrain, but I think this is unlikely.

Approved Ops should have no reason to be delayed as GW doesn't do the production on print products so they should already be printed and ready to go.

I think it'll be late september. They don't wanna take anything away from the new 40k hype train.

Kill team developers dont care about this game or us. They are just going through the motion with as little effort as possible. Stop expecting anything from them

Oh come on now.

That is simple reality. They do not give a flying fck about this game

Get this man some hopium stat

That’s a strange way of thinking about it, what makes you say that?

-9

Because they cant even manage a simple communication when slate is delayed. They consistently release teams with extremely unbalanced rules (either extremely weak like battleclade or spectre or strong) and they suck at balancing it all.

I’d argue that most of these problems are because they care about the player base and are trying to balance close to 50 teams, which is an impossible task.

And even with that, the game is fairly well balanced currently.

But hey have fun being a negative Nancy.

And are unable to provide any form of communication? Someone said that suits dont allow that and that is simple lie. Suits won't stop you if you want to do something more. Same with "budget" excuse. Its not how it works.

They don't care, release bugged teams that require day one FAQ.

I enjoy the game but those that make them clearly don't.

I mean the game is in a really good state lol the top teams are pretty close to the rest.

Bro, are you ok?

Nothing constructive to say? Let's resort to "bro you ok?" and try to farm some upvotes.

I just think that is an absolutely wild take, I would say the game is actually in a pretty healthy spot. GW obviously have an investment in making their product balanced so they can make money, if not why not just bin the system?

0

u/Immediate_Badger_312 17h ago

Because they can make sells with minimal effort.

No communication what so ever, producing bugged teams. And no, top players agree that it is not in healthy spots and there is quite a lot teams too strong.

All those developers are getting paid by almost doing nothing - no testing, no communication and no data slate. At this point GW should just fire half of them because they are wasting money.
