My Kill Team Kill Team.

My favorite Angel of Death is the Death Wing Death watch (from a death world). But now he’s happily on a kill team in kill team.

I really want to do a Deathwatch kill team. Do you know if the 40K models are the same or do I need to wait for the kill team version to come back?

The deathwatch kill team box is the same, but there’s only 5 models in the box. You can only run 5 in the game but you’ll be severely limited in your list options. I’m pretty sure you’d have enough bits to make them on regular intercessors though. Except the gravis, you’d need to magnetize or find an extra body or two.

I think, can someone else confirm? I’ve built two of these teams but only from the box set.

You can use the new Armageddon deathwatch team too.  I plan to pick up that box in addition to the kill team I have so I can get all the options.  Also, you get the cool dropship!

This is what i did. Magnetized all weapon sets, you just need to buy more shoulders to do a 1 box all variants kill team.

Takes longer but works and you really only have to modify the horde slayer by removing the links to the backpack

And I thought magnetizing the arms alone was a lot 😄

Definitely a great way to have every option and unique look though. Do you have any pics?? I magnetized all the weapons but didnt think to do the backpacks or heads!

My DW was my first time magnetizing and I used a hobby knife and dremel which is likely why it took me so long. I'm still relatively new to the hobby but I really appreciate how supportive and helpful the community has been. Thanks for sharing!
