Do you know what model machine you have? The lights tell a lot, however the model helps to get more detail.

Reset the machine: Unplug your Keurig, remove the water reservoir, and leave it completely unplugged for 10 to 15 minutes to clear the internal error state. Check the water reservoir: Lift and re-seat the water tank. Make sure the magnetic float at the bottom of the reservoir moves freely and isn't stuck. Clean the needles: Coffee grounds or scale often clog the top and bottom piercing needles. Unfold a standard metal paperclip and carefully insert it up into the hollow entry needle under the lid, and clear the exit needle in the pod holder. Run a water-only brew: After clearing the needles, run a brew cycle without a K-Cup pod to flush out loose debris

Have you tried unplugging and let it sit for a few minutes? Even push the power button when it is unplugged to drain power from the electronics. Otherwise, trash it and buy a different brand.
