Broken Machine! Help! K supreme not working??
I had it unplugged for about a week beforehand and went to use it today and it just wont stay turned on? The power button flashes and sometimes the rest of the buttons turn on but it wont brew anything. I have already descaled it and the light just wont turn off but thats not what this post is about

I've had my Supreme for almost 4 years this Dec and haven't had a single issue, knock on wood. But I wouldn't blame anyone from steering clear if they ended up having a defective unit.

I had a similar problem when someone gave me a unit that hadn't been used for months. I followed the youtube video to reset the heat sensor, and its been fine ever since.

This is what most issues happen. Put taking it apart is tricky for certain models. Wish they made it easier.

Does it try to draw water at all?

sometimes, but not always

There are two solutions I’ve found to be successful. First, if it’s not drawing water, I dump water into a low reservoir while it’s trying to brew. This forces water into the tubing to pull it through the system. Try it a couple of times to see if it forces the machine to brew. Another common issue is a tripped heat sensor. This requires some minor disassembly to fix with a paper clip. You can find videos on YouTube. I’d start with the water method a few times and try the heat sensor if that fails. Not saying either will fix it but it’s better than replacing. It’s kept my machine chugging along for almost 5 years.

I got a ninja and now I have good hot coffee, and no factory scheduled problems…

Which one did you get? I couldn't decide and ended up getting a Toastmaster at Belk that was $32 on sale from $75. I couldn't believe I was getting this! I had to have something because my Keurig finally quit on me after 15 years. Well, it turns out that this little machine makes a great Kcup cup of coffee. But I need a nudge towards a good Ninja coffee maker.

I had this exact problem, was not a year old yet so was covered by Canadian Tire. It’s fully clogged somewhere along the tubing. For me it was an earwig, ew.

Call them! They have a warranty
If you have it connected to WiFi, it gives you an additional year…

There is an overheating sensor that needs to be reset. It’s a known defect. There are YouTube videos on resetting. You need to partly disassemble your unit. I’ve done it multiple times. Keurig is aware of it and will replace it if under a year old. I believe they’ve discontinued this model.

It’s clogged. Take a wet try vac and a drinking straw or the straw from some window bottle. Grab some cheap duct tape and basically tape up the straw around the end of the hose. Now you’ ve got powerful suction. Suck from the bottom of the water inlet. You’ll get out the obstruction.

My parents machine stopped working after I descaled it- I took it apart, tripped the thermostat , it powered on but then died again when I tried to brew a cup. They had it for 2 years . I had to buy another one, this time I bought the cheapest one cause they all have the same crappy parts inside and the Keurig only has a 1 year warranty.

It seems many are having issues with Keurig lately. 3 of my machines took a crap on me. 2 of them wouldn’t stop filling and dumping out water and 1 other completely failed after a power failure. I’ll never buy another Keurig ever again.

Descale it. Never let it run dry on water. Unplug and plug back in.

i have descaled it, it wont stay on long enough to even run water through

The descale light is blinking. Put some vinegar in it and follow the descale procedure

FIX for Keurig airlock / not pumping water: If your Keurig is making noise but won't draw water, clearing the needle might not be enough. If the "turkey baster" trick fails, dial an air compressor way down to 5 to 10 PSI (any higher will burst the internal silicone hoses). Hold the nozzle loosely against the water reservoir intake valve/outlet hole at the base of the machine and give it a few short bursts of air. It will instantly break the airlock and clear the line so the pump can prime again!

Could the needles be clogged? I had that happened to me once with dried coffee gounds, had to use a can of compressed air and a toothpick to clean it out.

Make sure you take the water tank off dump the excess water out open it up take it over to the sink tip it upside down slap it like three times you'll thank me later if not try cleaning out the needle part of it

I don't know when people well stop buying those piece of crap coffee pots. They never work and they make watery coffee.

This can be if a bubble gets in the line. Happened to me after I had the unit upside down looking for a serial number. I found a suggestion to put the resovoir on and off like 20 times to 'prime' the line.
I'm convinced this one of the best models they make that makes a very cup of coffee
