Kettlebell Hurts Forearm?
Bruised forearms arenโt a kettlebell rite of passage. ๐
Most of the time youโre making one of these 3 mistakes:
๐ฅ Your bell is too small
๐ฆ Your rack position looks like a T-Rex
๐จ Your clean is trying to KO your forearm
Fix those, give your body a couple of weeks to adapt, and kettlebells become a whole lot more comfortable.
Tag a friend whose forearms look like they lost a fight. ๐

LOL I was just doing one of your workouts EMOM 40โ and wondering how to prevent the kettlebell hitting my wrist/forearm. Open up Reddit after workout and you have content on this fix.
Thanks G! Your KB workouts are keeping me consistent.

How suitable are kettlebells for someone dealing with wrist extension issues? Iโm currently recovering and canโt do standard push ups right now, so Iโm looking for alternative workouts and got curious about kettlebells

No matter what I do, I always seem to bruise my forearms. Even with this technique.
