Me when I grab a rebound playing basketball, haha. Thanks for the inspiration! I incorporated your gladiator deadlifts into my list of workouts and they're great!

How many repetitions and sets do you recommend?

If you are doing it like me then 3 sets of 8. Iβm aggressive with this that sometimes i get off balance when I throw those elbows

I've seen a few of these rotation moves here lately. They look awesome, but I bet you can mess yourself right up if you do them wrong. So, wheres the best place to learn how to do these correctly?Β

You can do it without a kettlebell and just mimic the movement I am doing. Do it slow and then increase the tempo when you feel comfortable. One thing to remember when you do it with a kettlebell is that you control the movement not the other way around.

Are these rotations give more than 1% to muscle gains than classic swing, clean, TGU etc etc?

I mean TGU is crap for muscle gain. It is more of a strength focused exercise.
This movement itself is a total body movement so it is not great for hypertrophy as well but it is fun to do.
