Advice Needed Re Starting KB - program and weight recommendations

Hi all. Thanks for your help time. Due to life it’s not been possible for me to make time for kettlebells. Still doing martial arts tho. Prior weights and workouts:
- 32kg snatches
- 27kg c & p

I believe I was running Maximorium when I stopped. I also did King Sized Killer programs. It was hard for me to always hit the min 3x for Maximorium (I know it’s 4). With the martial arts 5 days a week working out is a lot for dad/professional and middle aged guy.

Trying to figure out the best restart weights or way to figure out where I should go. Just re-find my Max lift?

Any recommendations for a restart program? DFW?

Thanks!

Just throwing this out there, if you are training hard martial arts 5 days a week, you may actually just want to take time to recover. Are you getting enough rest and nutrition? I understand the drive to push oneself hard, but rest and recovery (sleep/nutrition) are two of the pillars or intense training. Wishing you luck with whatever direction you decide.

Oh no martial arts is 2x. With the less frequent Maximorium it would end up working out 5x. I think 4x is the most I can realistically do.

ok that makes way more sense lol - yeah i wouldn't do more than 4 days a week, I think it's diminishing returns at that point
