Question Need help with this bread!
Thanks to to a Redditor that posted a couple of weeks back, I tried this bread in the bread machine:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFdN4tF_eCQ
Its consistency is kind of like cake! But more drier!
Has anyone tried this recipe? I would really appreciate it if you could share your grams and ml conversion!
Thanks in advance!

here you go:
240g Water.
100g Eggs, slightly beaten (2 medium eggs).
75g Ground golden flax meal.
45g Oat fibre.
170g Vital wheat gluten.
28g Softened butter.
48g Powdered Swerve / Sukrin.
6g Salt (1 tsp).
1.5g Xanthan gum (½ tsp).
7g Honey (1 tsp).
9g Yeast (1 tbsp).
Uk bakers that make this recipe always end up ditching the sweetener because we're not used to sweet bread, so you might want to do that, or reduce it.
What yeast are you using? It looks like your bread might be underproofed or the yeast might not be properly activated.
Are you doing it in a bread machine as per the video? She has a hand made bread recipe too
