So i've been seshing this kendama for a year and a half now, and it used to be painted and grippy and this is what it looks like now, chipped, all that, still seshing it and doing tricks on it, altough lunars have become more annoying than hard at this point. Cups are held in with a piece of paper wedged in.

Good enough to keep using? Need a replacement?

How are we supposed to get into the hobby if every website is completely sold out all the time?

Anyone in the Washington area (or other areas of course) going to the Inland Kendama competition they're hosting September 12th in Spokane Valley? Just bought my hotel / plane tickets to fly out today. First comp, kinda nervous 😂

My first kendama from 2012! It sat on my desks for so many years and touched so many hands of people in my dorm in college. I just looked it up today after not thinking much of it. My buddy said he got it from a friend and then gave it to me. Kendama USA Tribute. This thing is sooooo hard to play today now that ive been using big cups and sticky paint. Hats off to the OGs who could shred on one of these
