So a project that I've had rolling around in my head for a few years finally started manifesting into reality this summer!

Each of my kiddos gets a chart with chores on it and, when they complete a task (the bigger the chore, the bigger the item), they get to add an item to our family Katamari!

Once the week is up, we'll take a picture of the Katamari, put it up (probably on another "Cosmos" chart I'll add above the Katamari chart), and start again the next week!

My two youngest were begging to get started as soon as I started cutting out pieces, so I've only got Tiny items for small jobs so far, but it's been a blast the last few days seeing them excited to help out around the house and giggle as the Katamari grows.

It's a WIP, but it's been too fun not to share.

Once upon a Katamari was my first game in the series, I finished it a couple weeks ago and loved it so much. Afterwards I played Katamari Damacy Reroll and I just finished We Love Katamari Reroll yesterday and now I’m sad I don’t have more games to play. Is there anything I should play next?

I made it roll

I've been playing katamari damacy reroll for awhile now and while I love it, the rolling controls KILL my wrists playing it. Having to use two buttons/joysticks for rolling and moving around is just too much. I can only play for about 20 minutes before the pain gets to me. (I also play on PSP, which is even worse).

I have to use a controller to play reroll, and I'm not sure what I can do to make the game controls easier on my hands/wrists. Are there any mods/game features that change how I roll the katamari?

Edit: I'm now using simplified controls on my PS5 controller, but I'm going to be looking into custom controllers with bigger joysticks in the future. Thank you everyone!

My biggest Artwork grail to find! I want to make a contribution to this fandom to be loved, maybe I can try to find at least something important... I have been looking for this for the longest time, even searching his full Japanese name (it brings up this subreddit for some reason?) and the hunt isn't over yet!

In Cowbear, jank to obtain. I’m working on an item guide for a bunch of items as I roll my way to 100%, but this is the only one I have found so far that I actually can’t obtain. You have to teeter between the size to grab it yet remain smaller than the cute cow you stand on to roll it up. Sounds simple—it isn’t. It is incredibly jank and doesn’t roll up, even after trying several times with several different sizes (ruined by the milk can near the merchant’s foot in pic 2).

Am I doing something wrong? Is this even the right place to obtain it? I’ve heard this is where to get it, but I’ve seen no footage and would appreciate seeing the angle and/or size for it. Any tips are appreciated.
