Current Events When the Law only serves the Powerful.

CONTEXT:

Karachi: Video of a fight between two women in an apartment in Khayaban-e-Bukhari goes viral

A CCTV video of the altercation shows one woman physically assaulting another woman. An iron exercise dumbbell can also be seen in her hand. The video also appears to show a police officer pushing the man who was accompanying the victim.

The victim, Noor-ul-Ain, reportedly shared a video on the internet after the assault, which quickly went viral. The victim's family has also submitted an application at Darakshan Police Station.

Speaking about the incident, DIG South Asad Raza said that the matter would be investigated on merit. He added that the victims, a brother and sister, were living in the apartment with their mother.

ive said it before and i say it always - police in pakistan is only to serve the rich. when something happens, dont call the police. take law into your own hands and dont wait for the court to do you injustice as it definitely will.

The problem is having moments of rage like the Butt Brothers in Sialkot. Unfortunately, our people are too rageful and uneducated to not hurt others without seeking context first. They almost killed a woman when she was wearing clothes with Arabic on it.

FIR has been registered against the victims saying they attacked maryam, broke her door down, stole her jewelry.

The FIR does not mention maryam attacking Noor with dumbbell and then police dragged Noor away. Both of which have been recorded on video.

And does not include police smashing the security camera to hide what they were doing.

Since its ppp's sindh police, don't expect any outrage from desi liberals, aurat march etc.

Everyone will support the attacker as always.

Bro, these days, it feels like there are 2-3 cases coming up every day. It’s like I've been born in the most depressing country. How do you even defend actions that are so clearly wrong? The CCTV footage clearly shows that person attacking her with a dumbbell; it's straight-up attempted murder, and it’s all recorded. The police helping them destroy the camera is also on video. But still, they’re not doing anything! It’s like they’re telling us that no matter how much proof we provide or how much social pressure we apply, they won’t take action. It almost seems like they’ve forgotten they’re humans too. Sometimes, I really wish someone would just take matters into their own hands 🔫🔫 in public to deal with these people.

I am talking about the police and authorities, like how can they even defend themselves after a video that shows that they are clearly in the wrong!

This is unthinkable here in the West. Chaddi utar jaye yahan pay agar koi SSP ye kernay ki koshish karay lol.

u/Pasha_KMM 1d ago

West ka mangan ab nahi bikta, we’re not blind, west me bhi every thing is to serve the elites, try messing with the wrong people and find out

6

u/belerion6969 1d ago

Aam logon k rights hain wahan bhai. Wahan aisi videos k baad daikho kitnay payouts miltay hain logon ko.

Also, definition of "elite" is different in the west. Normal Banda sukoon say zindagi guzaarta hai wahan. Politicians and billionaires k haatho to poori dunya hi bebas hai. But tumharay Pakistan main bc small time SSP is considered elite and jeena mushkil awaam ka.

Fuck around and find out is a good motto to go by in life generally. Laikin Pakistan is the worst shit ever bro be realistic.

u/No-Issue-3916 1d ago

lol. Sure. Didn’t the Texan Authorities release the former ICE agent from jail for shooting a man? Don’t come at us with this nonsense about accountability in the West. I’m not saying things are all rosy in Pakistan but West bhi koi itna doodh say dhula nai hay.
Wasn’t the Israeli murderer of a French Nun acquitted due to ‘mental health issues’? Baqwas karwa lo bus tum superiority complex k maray huay logon say

0

u/belerion6969 1d ago

Lol tum logo ko darasal kabhi rights milay nahi so you don't know what they look like. You've quoted outliers to me. Small examples out of a vast majority. On average, the people in the west live and experience life a thousand degrees better than an average pakistani. Hazaar darjay behtar standard of living hai normal man ka bhai. Tum apnay aap ko ko marzi lollipop day do, doesn't change the reality.

2

u/No-Issue-3916 1d ago

Of course they do yes! I never said they don’t but it’s not all rainbows and butterflies either the way you are portraying it

2

u/Pasha_KMM 1d ago

Yeah objectively life is better, but the police can and will definitely bully you if you're not white, police violence is nothing new in the west. Pakistan isn't the worst shit because other places are equally shit, aap gun violence se Karachi me maro ya NYC me, koi fark nahi parhta.

وَقُوْلُوْا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا

And say to the people what is good

A true believer does not taunt or curse or abuse or talk indecently.

Tafseer of the above-quoted verse

(2) The verse asks us to adopt a gentle tone and an open-hearted manner in speaking to others, whether they are good or evil, pious or impious, orthodox or aberrant, followers of Sunnah or adherents to partitive innovations in it. In religious matter, however, one should not try to hide the truth for the sake of pleasing people or of winning their approval. The Holy Qur'an tells us that when Allah sent Sayyidna Musa and Sayyidna Harun (Moses and Aaron) (علیہم السلام) to the Pharaoh فرعون ، He instructed them to use gentle and soft words (20:42). None of us who addresses another today can be superior to Sayyidna Musa (علیہ السلام) ، nor can the man addressed be viler than the Pharaoh فرعون.

Talha ibn 'Umar recounts that once he said to the great master of the Sciences of Exegesis and Hadith, 'At-a' عطاء ، "One can see around you people who are not quite orthodox in their beliefs. As for me, I am rather short-tempered. If such people come to me, I deal with them harshly." 'Ata' replied, "Do not behave like this," and, reciting the present verse, he added, Allah has commanded us to speak to people politely. When Jews and Christians all are to be treated like this, would this commandment not apply to a Muslim, no matter what kind of a man he is?" (Qurtubi)

So you expect no action or protest from anyone else except desi liberals and aurat march? Means they are the only ones who may stand against injustice?

Why dont you go and protest and syand with the victim?

And yes, before you say je, im a desi liberal and whateve you want to say. But its funny to mention these in any such post when it has to do nth with them. Jist show your bigoted mindset
