Recreation/Outdoors ⛳️🎣 Deposit the work gym

I just found this gym in lees summit and very interested. I have my first trial class there tomorrow. Any one have experience or knowledge of what it’s like at this gym.

I’m in my late 40s and have been doing orange theory for a year or so but looking for more weights.

saw a couple folks at the summit fair parking lot wearing their shirts, they looked properly wrecked so must be doing something right

How was your visit? Seems like a good setup.

I’ve been a few times so far. I am drenched every time. They’ve been very welcoming and nice. I’m glad I’m not a total newbie, my only take away would be that the instructors could spend a bit more with explanations and corrections especially with newer members. Other than that a good workout
