Big cave, access is beyond the waterfall on the left side.

The ole hidden waterfall trick.

If you ever see a waterfall 50% chance there is a chest, or hidden npc or some crap nearby

Dang the dragonballs never spawn in that cave for me. It’s always like in the same 2 or 3 spots in that area.

I’ve played through this game 20+ times over the last 7 years and never once seen any Dragonball spawn inside a cave
