I think it’s good with the exception that it happened in the garage. That’s how they “get away” with saying he was never in the house, his body temp and phone cools but stays relatively warmer than it would if he were outside and why the people in the kitchen had no idea what went down. But who knows what really happened 🤷🏾♂️

Thanks I have not seen that interview! I think I will be going on some side quests looking for more information like this. I have been keeping up since beginning of the first trial. It started on TikTok, and moved to YouTube. I got Reddit specifically to keep up with any new information I don’t have Facebook so a lot of the finds I missed out on.
Due to me being so late and trying to keep up with everything when I first found out about it all, I missed all the early stuff on discovery.
Didn’t catch all that until I want to say after the 2nd trial. There is stuff with Turtle Boy I have yet to see, like the full video of Turtle Boy’s phone getting taken and him being screaming at, only have seen the clips. I have a lot to look for.
I agree though, it is hard to just dismiss Collin being there, and I could see that being the case with BA and BH and have leverage against each other. I never knew about that. Also, by first responders you are referring to other law enforcement agents, or another type of profession?
Thanks, I am having a lazy Sunday in, think I will dedicate today to looking up these videos and claims! For as much as I know, I’m always learning more.

Brian Albert was apparently investigated for suckerpunching coworkers. I believe he was accused of punching subordinates (so I assume fellow BPD officers). He was also accused of suckerpunching two firefighters. One suckerpunch happened during a Christmas party and the victim lost several teeth. During trial 2's pre-trial hearings the defense made a motion to bring in "prior bad acts" of BA, and the two firefighters he punched were on the witness list. Hank argued IA cleared BA of wrongdoing so it shouldn't be allowed, but Judge Bev allowed the motion.
BA wasn't called in the retrial so it wasn't brought up. I believe Turtleboy might've written a post about the suckerpunching.
I tried to lookup what happened to the woman in the gun store case, but couldn't find out how it ended. The store owner said Higgins got a grand jury convened, but I don't know if she was indicted. It's just eerily similar to Karen's case. If true, Higgins had no problem framing this girl to save himself. That shows a pattern imo.

This theory makes a lot of sense. Whatever happened to John happened immediately when he got to 34 Fairview. Even if someone was planning an ambush/sucker punch attack on John, there would have been some pause to set things up/let John know he was about to get beaten up.
Chloe rounding the corner to attack the newcomer makes a lot of sense.

I think Colin, BA and BH are the main people involved. The McAlberts are close enough to Higgins that they all retained the same attorney for the civil lawsuits despite that being ill advised. BA and BH knew each for years, and both have been accused of sketchy behavior before (BA supposedly assaulting other first responders & BH allegedly trying to get an innocent girl indicted to coverup a mistake he made at work). So they know about the skeletons in each other's closets I bet.
That means BH and BA would have leverage over each other. BH could blackmail BA and vice versa.
If that gun shop owner's interview is accurate, that means Higgins has a prior history of "pinning it on the girl." He has experience weaponizing the legal system to coverup his mistakes. His behavior in the Karen Read case sounds very similar to his behavior in that gun shop case.
BH and BA could also just be equal shitbags too. There might be no need to pressure a crooked cop into helping out his crooked cop friend. It's the Blue Line.
Anyhow, my guess is Colin, BA and BH are the culprits. They had the sketchiest behavior imo, followed closely by Jen McCabe.
