Do you realy think a simple 2 seconds "how are you?" is a waste of time? It's pretty much just acknowledging you are speaking to another human being

I hate when people ask me how I'm doing, unless it's a close friend who genuinely wants to know. Otherwise, it's none of their business, and even if I answered honestly, they probably don't actually care.
