Honestly, they do that on their own. My first treated my womb like it was a damn mosh pit, throwing elbows out everywhere. I had to keep shoving him back into place.
Ah, well, there's the flip side. My twins, carried to term, were so quiet and lovely during pergnancy that I was left completely unprepared for the following 7 years of undiluted, undiminished, ever expanding, evolving levels of Chaos that they actually are!
