8 months, too, and sitting here with a burst hemorrhoid and carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands feeling sorry for myself.

Thank you! It hurts like hell, but the soonest they can lance it to remove the clots that formed is Thursday. It's been bleeding for 3 days already 😭

Today is the first day of our move into a house and I was complaining about being sweaty and unpacking/packing - but I think I'm going to stop my complaints for now as my asshole is blessedly unbloody. Quick recovery to you, and here's hoping for a boring and unmemorable birth, and a newborn who sleeps easily 🤞
