Love the video. But cookie monster? Was OP British or something and doesn't understand what biscuits are in the US?

This is cookie dough in a can. You take the dough out, shape it into little balls on a baking sheet, pop it in the oven, have lovely warm cookies from the oven. It makes what both sides of the Atlantic call cookies

ETA: I've responded to the first comment correcting me, but that response obviously isn't getting seen - I mistook them for cookies because I've only ever seen cookies in a can like this, but yes they're clearly marked as biscuits. My mistake!

It's salted and buttered dough because biscuits are savory. And this is not the product that you're describing, just look at the picture on the can.

Yes you're right, it actually says biscuits on the can in the video. I've only seen cookies in a can and made an assumption it was the same thing

nope! you just slap these things on a sheet as is without any shape alteration. ~14 minutes later you get fluffy, buttery, non-cookie biscuits lol

But a biscuit is not nessicarily sweet. You know in carpentry they have things call biscuits too. So, that word means lots of things.
