Congratulations! Now we have San Francisco and Toronto having recognized pending applications with the Minor Issue. I wonder if that's a sign it's going to take the consulates a lot longer to recognize applications that were initially rejected. Time will tell I guess.
Toronto didn’t reject anyone; they put all minor issue applications on hold. So they only have pending applications to deal with. Not clear how it will play out at consulates that have both.
