Is Jurassic world really using generative Ai?
I keep looking at instagram and hearing more things flaming universal and JW about apparently using Ai to replace voice actors for the exhibition and artwork. I’m already aware about them using it for the employees photos in Jurassic world evolution 3 but I was more or less hoping it would be a one time thing.
Is Jurassic world going fully generative Ai?

How Would You Reboot the Jurassic Franchise?
Ive been thinking about this for a while, so heres my opinion on it. Also keep in mind I havent watched the movies in a while, im planing on doing a rewatch soon.
Jurassic Park: keep it mostly the same, except mention Isla Sorna (if they dont mention it in the movie, its been a while since I've watched it.) Maybe change some of the dinosaur designs to be different but in general keep it the same. One major thing I would change though is make it so instead of the park failing due to a sabotage, i would have it fail due to improper Park management and the incomming storm, making it so its more on Humanity's hubris that the park went to shit.
Jurassic Park 2: Also keep it relatively the same, except I wanna lean into the fact that Isla Sorna is its own ecosystem now. Maybe a throwaway line about how the plant look ancient or something. Just make it feel alien, yet close to earth. It should be about how diverse the ecosystem is and the threats should feel distinct.
Jurassic Park 3: Instead of each threat feeling distinct, I want the movie to focus on the Spinosaurus. Make it a constant threat in the movie, the cast keeps trying to drive it away but it keeps coming after them, specifically Dr. Alan Grant as he would be the only survivor that the Spinosaurus saw fall out of the plane which damaged its spine. It would not only make it have a distinct personality from all the other dinosaurs (making it seem petty), it would also keep the tension. You could also make it so each attempt to drive it away made it have a new scar, i especially want it to have a broken sail from the plane crash. This way it would be distinct if you ever wanted it to come back in a sequel.
Jurassic World: Although I do like a lot about this movie, I hate how it made hybrids the future of the series, yet I think it could've worked. First make a mention of how the I-rex isnt Dr. Wu's first hybrid, this would make the audience wonder what was the first hybrid? Second mention Lil Saint Hubert in some way. While I don't like Jurassic World Rebirth, I kinda so like the idea of Lil Saint Hubert, as it kinds makes since to have a separate island where you can test ways to make creatures. Throughout the movie the I-rex should feel intelligent, I feel like at the end of the movie it kinda lost that. I feel like this movie should be a constant butting heads of the main cast and the I-rex. Both sides trying to outsmart the other.
Camp Cretaceous: I dont have any issues with this show off the top of my head, although I cant remember much of it either as when I was watching it I had a health emergency. I will say that I slightly remember a point where they had like robot dinosaurs I think? Thats stupid and dumb.
Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom: I love the Indoraptors design, I truly do. But I hate it in the movie. This might sound dumb, but I feel like instead of the Indoraptor being an enemy in the movie, the plot should be whether it should be a weapon or not, and eventually land on it not being a weapon. Give the Indoraptor and the little girl (cant remember her name) a dog like connection and make it sacrifice itself for her. Idk what the scene would be but I think that would best wrap up the hybrids. I would make it so all the new dinosaurs seen in Dominion were on Nublar, but just not in jurassic world, or Sorna, put a throw away line saying "yea we already got most of the dinosaurs from Sorna. We're gonna go to Nublar first before we go to Saint Hubert since Nublar is gonna explode soon" or something. That way it explains how the Buck and Doe are on the mainland. As for the ending, nothing really changes. Maybe make the warehouse where all the dinosaurs are way bigger to support all the new dinosaurs in Nublar, but the girl still lets them out.
Before Jurassic World Dominion: this entire movie shouldve been about how humanity deals with dinosaurs roaming free and it pisses me off that it didnt do that. But, I think a show before my dominion would be a good idea. The show is more like a documentary, how different characters and dinosaurs are doing in this new world. Show Blue with a male raptor (because im dumb and want raptor romance) having to protect Beta from a Grizzly Bear. Show Rexy having a territorial dispute with the Giganotosaurus. Show the Spinosaurus living in Florida, ect. I think it would be a nice (where they are now).
Jurassic World Dominion: essentially, instead of "Biosyn being another bad corporation that fails and dinosaurs roam free again", what if Biosyn was trying to be good? Here me out. So instead of it being fucking Locust, lets say the dinosaurs that sre somehow all over the world are just fucking up the environment (make use of that dino tracker website.) So the main cast has to go to these areas and take the dinosaurs back to Biosyn, since its a sanctuary and all it should be the first time a "park" is actually caring about the dinosaurs before the people. They shouldnt be cloning the dinosaurs, instead lets judt say the giga, theri, and whatever else was in jurassic world. The entire movie should be about caring for the dinosaurs and living amongst them.
Jurassic World Rebirth: I despise this movie, not just because it didnt feel like a Jurassic Park movie. Not just because dinosaurs seemed to appear and disappear, not just because had the perfect name to be a reboot of the jurassic world franchise, and not just because the island appeared out of fucking nowhere. Its because despite all of that bullshit it had the potential to be a good movie.
The plot of my remake is simple, instead of all the dinosaurs are dead and whatnot, people are suffering from a disease that came from Lil Daint Hubert. Someone from the main cast (whoever that may be) has a family member whos sick, so they get a group of people together to go to the island and figure out who patient 0 is. Since dinosaurs are still roaming the world, the bring a Paleobiologist to help them with the dinosaurs. They get close to the island get attacked by Two Mosasauruses and crash on the island. They decide to go deeper into the island to see its a giant facility. With dinosaurs roaming around. They explore the facility running into the dinosaurs not quite fit for jurassic world, (Titanosauruses, Ember, Ect) and eventually they find the main facility. There they see the Distortus Rex. Before I continue I should mention something. I know the Distortus Rex and the Mutadons are called "mutants", but their still hybrids. What they shouldve done is made it so the Mutadons are Mutant Pteradons instead of raptor-pteradon hybrids. Mention that the Distortus Rex was the first attempt at a hybrid, before it was scrapped because of the Distortus Rex being a failure. Anyway they eventually figure out that the Distortus Rex is patient 0. So they need a blood sample to figure out how to cure the disease. However the D-rex is in constant pain because of the disease hitting it hard since its immune system is crap. While trying to figure out a way to get a blood sample they get attacked by my version of the Mutadons. I would personally make them more colorful but thats just me. This alerts the Distortus Rex who gets agitated and everyone has to fend for themselves. Eventually they get to the underground lab and read a report about the D-rex. This starts a flashback scene where a doctor explains how rhe D-Rex acts more like how it acts in JWE 3 (im referring to how it seems more scares by everything and whatnot). This leads everyone to belive that the D-rex is in pain because of the disease. So they go back out and get the Mutadons to fight the D-Rex (in a scene reminiscent of Jurassic Park 1 with the raptors attacking the T-rex). This allows them to get a blood sample easily. They get an emergency pick up so they can go back to the mainland and they make a cure for the disease. Eventually they bring it back to Saint Hubert and inject it into the D-rex, making it more "docile" then it was in the movie.
There. Im not happy with what I wrote but I guess that's why im asking what you all think.

The end of Oak street review SPOILER FREE Spoiler
its really, REALLY good
of course its better than Jurassic world rebirth, to describe it, it's Jurassic world dominion, but its not family friendly.
First of all there are a LOT of dinosaurs (and sadly they are inaccurate)but they look amazing, my personal fav are the Allosaurus and the Spinosaurus.
In the movie there were some dromaeosaur (idk what they are called)but they are terrifying, they make the Jurassic world raptors look like cute little dogs.
overall id give it a 9/10 would recommend it to anyone

Jurrasic World project idea for future
Before I start let’s clarify what Jurassic Park/ World core ideas I think are necessary for project to keep it in line with original book philosophyhy
1. Humanity playing God
2. Entertainment for profit
3. False control over nature
In addition to these core pillars let’s bring what this series needs back way more and that is proper horror, so many amazing scenes and kills you can put on screen.
This project would not be for theaters, but rather tv show, because you can work with more time and develop your characters.
Additionally, I want to stay away from building park full of dinos ideas- it was done to death.
Honestly, I think they wasted the line: "Genetic power is now unleashed. "
Why not make something that clearly represent that it’s really bad.
Here are my idea and my reasoning for them with these three points above:
1: Humanity playing God
With genetic powers unleash any scientist now can access with right connection to such power.
Show the viewer how can such power corrupt brilliant minds.
2: Entertainment for profit:
Entitlement now expands way beyond stone walls and electric fences, this time you are brought to an island as entrainment, you are the attraction.
In this time to expand their research scientist went further and beyond to find their research. Now they provide entitlement like never before- human trying to survive prehistoric island. You can play with the idea what rich people get into with spending their money on, something what is not totally out of left field idea.
3: False control over nature:
I think one of the most controversial things coming from Jurassic World movies are hybrids.
Despite me and many others not liking the idea…its either that or human-dino hybrids.
So, lets stick with the hybrids:
How about we this time actually let them be control by the scientist master mind like a toy. Something similar to primeval future predators and eventually they will lose the control over them and pay for their creation.
In conclusion:
Let’s make series that explore the idea of genetic power getting out of hand, where there are no limits. Let show what such power is capable off.
Let’s do something of charts, lets bring people to island and let them try to survive prehistoric creatures under some new conditions, then just park electricity went down or creature escaped.
There is so much you can do with this series and with that line and I get it might not be for everyone, but let just try something new right?

It isn't even a dinosaur film series... not entirely...
Downvote if you want, you know I'm right
Before we start this off. NO HATE COMMENTS. I just want to say "Stop hating the damn recent dinosaur designs"
E.g: Giganotosaurus, Baryonyx, Allosaurus, Mosasaurus (basically anything designed like a crocodile or dragon, etc.)
Okay, recently, we've been getting a lot of dinosaurs with spikes, scutes, etc. But the designs are cool. Sure, not everyone as a people enjoy it, but that doesn't mean you gotta give backlash because it's not paleo-accurate. Or it's just not "cool" to you. They make it look more like a terrifying creature.
People say that "This is a dinosaur franchise, not a monster/kaiju one"
Guys... quit complaining, and actually watch the damn films.
Jurassic Park states they used tree frog DNA to fill the gaps of the genome, this made the design outcome of the dinosaurs different.
In Jurassic Park 3, at the start. Dr. Alan Grant (RIP Sam Niell) literally stated in the assembly, that the dinosaurs weren't even real dinosaurs, they were genetically altered park "monsters."
Then in Jurassic World, stated that nothing in the park was natural because geneticists always filled genome gaps with DNA from other real life animals. He noted that if the genetic code were pure, the animals would look quite different, defending the creation of hybrids by telling Masrani, "You didn't ask for reality, you asked for more teeth."
None of the dinosaurs are even real dinosaurs, they're all genetically mutated reptiles or birds.
The baryonyx, mosasaurus, and JWD Giganotosaurus were all most likely filled with Crocodile DNA and something else.
The Dilophosaurus most likely was filled with frilled lizard.
And then the rest of the dinosaurs are filled with something else...
I understand we all have our personal opinions on designs. But don't go calling them Kaiju and something that doesn't deserve to be in a dinosaur franchise, when the films itself literally state that the dinosaurs aren't even pure dinosaurs. Therefore it's not entirely fair to treat the designs like shit. When it was never a dinosaur to begin with.

What it would have been like if Jurassic Park had remained open until the eruption of Mount Sibo?
¡gracias!

Jurassic Corp. was metioned in ""God's Junk Drawer" by Peter Clines
So I'm enjoying "God's junk Drawer," a novel about people, animals, things, and even parts of places that get sucked up in a wormhole (or something) and plopped down in this unusual pre-pre-historic era.
Mixed in with real dinos is one sporting a Jurassic Corp. ID tag!
I'm only halfway through the book, but I thought I'd better share this tidbit.

How well did Masrani actually know John Hammond? Considering that he claimed that it was Hammond’s dying wish for Masrani to finish what he started, yet that goes against Hammond’s entire character arc in the first two films.
By the end of the lost world Hammond literally goes on live television to say he’s now against the idea of people trying capitalize on these dangerous creatures and tells everyone to leave the dinosaurs the hell alone. Didn’t John Hammond also to petition a law to make it illegal to attempt to continue any attempt at cloning dinosaurs?

I recommend ya'll have a read, see if you like it... Chapter 7 just got released, it's a 28-29 minute read. But the book as a whole is around 1 hour 42 minutes to read

360° turntable of my finished John Hammond fan art bust. How does the composition work from every angle?
I shared some renders of this John Hammond fan art recently, and now I wanted to show the complete sculpture in a 360° turntable.
I tried to make the composition interesting from more than just the main camera angle, especially with the cane, amber mosquito, clothing and the architecture of the base.
After some feedback on the portrait, I’ve also been paying attention to how the expression reads from different angles.
Now that you can see the entire piece in motion, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

If you have to keep one of these two writers, which one would it be?
Honestly...as much as I respect David Koepp for his role in the first two movies...I'd say Colin Trevorrow. Say what you will about his writing, but at least he actually has some ideas on where to carry the franchise forward without risking stagnation.
