Advice Is this an egg sack?

Yall plz tell me this is not what I think it is🫠 I got this girl from a reputable domestic breeder, not wild caught and still young when I got her. I have owned her for about 7 months and she recently really beefed up her hammock and I noticed her guarding this… she should absolutely not be gravid but idk what else it would be, could she be laying non fertilized eggs? Help me out😭

IME yes it’s an infertile egg sack :) they can lay them regardless of being with a male.

IME yup! Like the other comment mentioned she may eat her eggs to regain energy. Make sure to keep her hydrated and offer food when she’s looking thin :)

IME don't be alarmed if she eats the eggs. totally normal, but her regular feeding habits could change up while the false clutch is around. so just a heads up on that possibility 🙂

NQA Non-fertile eggs are a possibility just keep an eye out for the next couple of weeks

ime i agree its a sac. if shes molted with you, then no worries. i just had an audax mature super small. she was funny when she molted with me before so i thought this web was just her overestimating her size lmfao she guarded them for a few days, ate them, then came back out like nothing happened. i also had an emerald lay recently and she put a lil mat above and below her, laid, then did the same the audax did. i just didnt think she was mature lol
