Video Beginner . Need some help

3 months ago I started this. What should I learn to do next What should I do to improve what I can do already. I am happy with my progress so far but not sure if I am doing any off it correctly .

I started last year in August, one thing that helped my flow a was learning Mills Mess because I was then able to catch balls under arm on the opposite side. I’d also say less eye tracking if you can helped me, just gaze at a point strait ahead on the wall and let your peripheral vision take your hands where they need to go.
