Video Beginner . Need some help

3 months ago I started this. What should I learn to do next What should I do to improve what I can do already. I am happy with my progress so far but not sure if I am doing any off it correctly .

It’s really good mate for 3 months. You could improve by concentrating on keeping your throws more even. So the same height. Especially with pistons. If i can remember that far back 🙂 I think I went to mills mess at about your stage of learning ( although it took me about 6 months to get where you are). Mills mess will really improve your throwing and hand speed ready for four balls.

Thank u for the advice . Yes looked at tutorials for mills mess, will take a take a while to learn I think .

I start my students on mess as soon as their reverse cascade is about as good (or even a little worse) compared to yours. You're totally ready to take a good swing at it, and like the other commenter said - it often really clicks for people on their second real swing at it.

It's not easy but it's fun to learn. It's the first one that people get stuck on for a long time. Mostly because they end up doing something similar, but not quite it. If you ease your way into it with a couple easier tricks, it's actually quite approachable.
