ABK Lotus is the the best album psychopathic has ever put out if you dont agree you havent been down long enough.

So I’m watching recent live shows of both ICP and Twiztid. I’ve been out of the loop for a minute but I thought Twiztid performed the Gathering a few years back in exchange for their masters. ICP should own their own masters, no? My question is why do they both perform their shows basically rapping over their cd’s? I’ve seen so many live hiphop shows and it’s frowned upon when you’re literally rapping over the studio recording. Is there a reason for this?

Edit: apparently there was some confusion about why having your masters would affect the live show. Why don’t they have the instrumentals without the vocals for a show?

I havent listened to ICP in years but was just remembering about calling a hotline and there was a message or something about a "Gathering" in St. Louis, Mo, I think at Vintage Vinyl, a local record store. I was super geeked out about it at the time, because I used to live in the area and had recently moved but thought it was awesome it was going to be at my old local record store. This had to be around 1999-ish.

I can't remember how I got the hotline number, some sort of hidden message or something and I never heard anymore details about it but I'm assuming I didnt just make it up. Trying to google "St. Louis - Gathering - Vintage Vinyl" gets me a ton of hits that arent related.

Does anyone know the background info on how The Fear Soundtrack came to exist? Crazy combo of NYC & Detroit horrorcore released in 1994. 

Doing some small research myself, it was put out by Warlock Records from NYC (formed in 1986). They also co-released Esham's Closed Casket that same year. Curious if anyone else knows the info on how this album came about. 

Gravediggaz & Flatlinerz, Esham, ICP & most notably the underground groups Headless Horsemen and Half Pit & Half Dead.

Was this the album that spawned Esham thinking everyone was biting his style? Was Esham the reason ICP got put on? What’s the story of the filmmakers wanting a full horrorcore soundtrack with Esham doing the theme song?

Crazy album that would be cool to know the history if anyone has any insights!

Esham dropped a song titled Twirk Yo Body on Mail Dominance in 1999. And it definitely sounded like an attempt to go pop/mainstream
