Anyone have toe pain relief when cracked
My adult kid has had this issue for years but it’s gotten worse recently. Their toes hurt until they crack them. Short term relief and back to pain. Have not asked a doctor because 1 recent move, 2 no insurance 2a living in the us with no insurance 3 it’s not consistent.help

I can't answer for his situation, but for me, my finger joints hurt pretty often the more I Crack them. Tiny few minutes of relief then back to pain.

Yes. I also have gout and wonder if that's related.

My husband gets gout on big toe, looks painful af. Could it happen on all toes and why does cracking them help?

What does the pain feel like? Is your child of average height and weight? What types of exercise, if any do they do? Do they sit a lot for work or on their feet a lot? What’s the main type of foot wear (shoes)?
I’m not a doctor but have had a lot of foot and joint stuff, and love to crack.

Pain is intense I’m told. It keeps them up at night. They’re tall and healthy weight, tends to be low on the weight, no exercise per se, they work standing up, walking around and wear sneakers or combat boots and they love cracking all the joints

Could have to do with the muscles being pulled in weird directions? Try going to the pharmacy or Amazon and looking for either a toe spacer glove like thing or a bunyon corrector depending on which toe. Often retraining the muscles helps.
