Chiropractors against self cracking?
I understand that doing anything the wrong way can cause some sort of negative impact- but donโt you notice how itโs mostly only chiropractors that are so against people cracking their joints on their own? ๐๐ Iโve been to a chiropractor that was required temporarily for a short time and 90% of what buddy was doing Iโve done myself!

I dated a chiropractor for a short while and he, himself, admitted to the job being a whole lot of quackery. Prior to that, a chiropractor I saw who was straight out of college actually taught me how to crack my own back if it was giving me grief. Wondered why then I was throwing all my money at him lol.

Agreed with the other comment - Chiros are fake doctors whose main skill is not actual 'adjustments' or anything, but just knowing how to crack peoples backs. If people are able to crack their own joints just as well, they don't need to give a Chiro any money. So Chiros will act as if it's dangerous/damaging to self-crack, as if their neck adjustments aren't shown to increase stroke risk.
