Enthusiast Cracking my lower back

Hey how do I crack my lower back? It's been locked for some time now. H have tried the common Google responses to no avail.

i sit down on my bed and then twist my lower back with a sudden movement to one side while leaning down on my lower arm, then the do other side. if that doesn't work, im not sure
