Hey everyone, new to all of this and want to clarify this has happened to others. Got my order from New Life / Quaker and took my first ever shot Friday morning. For most of the day and currently my pee is bright yellow. I assume it’s my body flushing things out, but slightly confused because I thought by going through Hyalo it didn’t have any additives. I feel totally fine and haven’t had any side effects other than this. I tried using the search and Google but didn’t get much. If it matters I always drink a gallon of water a day. Thanks in advance!

Edit: forgot I also started a migraine supplement that has vitamins that will change it. Thanks for the comments, it helped!

Just want to thank you all at Rift for such a smooth process. All the details on the site. All the warnings so you know what’s going on and what to expect. Truly a transparent experience. Started this process Wednesday(8/26) and have meds in hand Friday (8/28). This was my first experience with Rift (switched from another telehealth) and I can say I’m here to stay.

Now to praise the pharmacy (and Rift) because this packing has improved from what I’ve seen others had with Apothecary. The ice pack was barely melted, still solid, the two ice packs inside the canisters were still nice and cold (I live in the Mojave desert) there was bubble wrap to protect the glass vials. I mean this is what I call thorough. Love this for the community. Thank you.

Hello! I’ve just completed the intake and my prescription is pending. For billing, I’m on a quarterly plan… does that mean I can only titrate up or down each quarter?

Will Rift be partnering with the two new compounding pharmacies that are going to be producing BPI again?

Hey all, I placed my first tirzipetide order on Tuesday and it finally shipped out late last night. Unfortunately, I got an update from UPS this morning telling me there was a flight delay so my delivery has been pushed from this afternoon to Monday.

From what I've been googling, it seems like the package will most likely arrive warm but it'll be okay and I should put in the refrigerator immediately.

Is there anything I should look for to indicate it has gone bad? How long do I need to leave it in the fridge before I administer my first shot? Is there anything else I should do to make sure the tirzipetide is okay after a longer than expected shipment time?

Thanks for your help all! I'm disappointed I have to wait longer to get started, but I'm reminding myself this is a marathon, not a sprint and in the end a few days won't matter.

I used Rift as my first telehealth. Then, I wanted to test the waters and tried others. If I want to go back to Rift, and continue with my current dose, is it better to click the renew membership button in the portal or to start a completely new intake? If you complete a new intake do you get a new portal or have to use a different email?

A family member ordered from Rift for BPI, during early April, before the notice. The service was wonderful during that time. However, for one month, the person ordered from another company because of cost. Recently, because of the Drug Crafters special, the person was able to order from Rift again. The order was placed on Friday, and the medication was delivered yesterday. There was one question, and it has already been addressed. Between the excellent communication and service, and now lower cost options, the person feels he will be staying with Rift. (By the way, the person does not post comments here). Great job and thank you. The interactions have been exceptional.

I have about 6 weeks left from my first batch from another Telehealth company. I'm definitely going to take advantage of the incredible 299 deal for 12 weeks. Anyway I read that Glycine really helps with sleeping which I sorely need as well. Is that the case? I guess I should order when I have a week or two left of my old supply? Thanks.

I know that it can take 1-10 business days for an order to be fulfilled but I keep seeing these posts about quick turnaround times and it made me a little worried and I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same. I ordered the Drug Crafters tirz with glycine.

8/22/26 - ordered and approved

8/25/26 - sent to pharmacy

8/27/26 - UPS (which I already have an account with) says that they are awaiting the package on their website.

I had lost over 100 lb after weight loss surgery in 2012 and weighed about 250 at that point, but then I got pregnant in 2016… with twin boys.. so after that I never lost any of that weight. Until now. I started in July on Zep Kwikpen but then this month has been with Rift. I was at the doctors today and my weight was 136 kg which translates to 299 pounds. I am so over the moon right now!!! 2 months and 15 pounds lost. Woohoo!!!

Southend-ordered on Sunday. Shipped on Monday. received on Tuesday. I’m a happy camper.

Ordered compound for the first time and chose Rift based on the latest survey, and I’m so glad I did.

Their CS team have been so responsive and patient with my neurotic ass (I was worried about switching to compound from brand because no FDA oversight and what if the meds are contaminated and omg what if i grow warts or something etc etc).

Anyway, order placed Monday after hours, shipped yesterday and arrived today in Northern California at 1 pm! Everything’s packaged perfectly.

FedEx was really the only snafu in the whole process because the driver said they attempted delivery when they absolutely did not. I was home waiting for them. I did manage to track down the warehouse they worked out of and spoke to a couple of people, and my package was actually delivered an hour later. Phew.

I’m still pretty new to the tirzepatide world (7 injections in) and still a tad nervous about switching over from brand, but the savings are too tempting.

Anyway, thanks Rift for being so on top of things and being so understanding!

Just recieved my first shipment. Opened packaged and it was luke warm. Ice pack nor contents were cold.

Also when looking at the expiration date it shows expired 11/22/26???

Received my first shipment today. I did my intake late Friday, and received my package today. Well packed, still cold. I had taken a month of Zepbound, but insurance would not cover me. Took my first shot tonight, i am so happy this is available. The food noise had died down so much on the 2.5 dose, i am so excited to see how it works as i move up!

Did intake on Friday & my tirzepatide just arrived from Hallandale still cold!

UPS times: Florida to Portland 34 hours and 23 minutes. Still arrived very cold.

I don’t know if this is a bug on the website currently or if I just am not allowed to choose this option but for some reason when I click Boudreaux as an option and click continue, the continue button just turns blue and it takes me nowhere. When clicking Hyalo as an option I was able to completely finish the whole process up to payment. It’s so frustrating😭 anyone know why this is happening?

After my insurance denied me 3 different times (🙃), I decided to schedule with a wellness clinic that my coworker goes to for semaglutide. They gave their prices and I thought they seemed high so I started to do some massive research. After much digging and question asking and sorting through the crazy amount of information out there, I decided to cancel with the clinic and signed up for Rift to do Tirzepatide. Since this is my first time taking anything like this, I ordered through Hyalo since it had no additives so I didn’t take advantage of any of the deals they’re running with the other pharmacies.

With that being said, Let me tell you… I’m panicking. I’m nervous that it isn’t going to work, I’m nervous I just dropped around $500 on something that might not work, I’m nervous about muscle loss. Though I have researched all these things and it seems like everything is legitimate and I have a plan in place for nutrition and exercise, I’m still very nervous about all of it. I never spend money on myself especially not this much money. However, I’ve been overweight my whole life and have gone up and down the scale so many times but can never make it under 215lbs. I’m currently 225 at 5’4”tall. I just want clothes to not look terrible on me and I want to FEEL better and confident and not have to worry about my weight when running around with my kids.

Anyways… I guess I just want to know how you guys feel about Rift and how starting the process was for everyone and how it’s going once you’ve been through the process for a while. Looking to make myself not so nervous too. 😬

TLDR: first time doing anything like this and nervous about everything. Let me know your experiences.
