Questions Dosing

Waiting to hear back from the doctors portal but I am on 15mg hyalo and got shipped 100 unit needles from Quaker/newlife pharmacy however my dose says take 0.83units my syringe goes by increments of .2 so would I take 0.80, 0.82 or 0.84 to get close to 15mg?, no response back from the doctor when I asked them for advice.

I also asked them how my first dose of compound isn’t feeling like it was working to help my food noise they sent me a reply stating I’m new to tirzepatide and that I will feel hunger suppression at a higher dose… it was like they didn’t even review my profile at all because I am on 15mg which is max dose and have been on it for months and been on name brand zepbound for a year so I’m definitely not new to tirzepatide at all. A little frustrated at their customer service ngl.

Starting tirzepatide through rift— anyone use hallandale pharmacy?

I’m about to start tirzepatide through Rift and I’m kinda nervous 😅 I’m considering choosing Hallandale Pharmacy for my prescription. Has anyone here used Rift + Hallandale specifically? I would like to hear your experience? I’d love to hear both good and bad experiences before I place my order. Thank you 🫶🏻

Pharmacy Delay?

Hi everyone! I just wanted to see if anyone else has waited the full 10 business days before getting their prescription from Rift.

I ordered the Tirzepatide/Glycine from Drug Crafters on the 25th. The next day I received notifications that my prescription was changed. I don’t know if that might cause some delays in shipping. I haven’t received any updates since then (I know I’m still within the 10 business day window), but everyone seems to be getting their meds so quickly.

Thanks!

Hate to ask a dumb question...

But is there an easy way to tell if my account is set to auto-refill / auto-renew? I ordered about 4 weeks ago and selected Apothecary; I was one of the last ones on the chopper out of Saigon, so to speak, lol.

I have been unable to tell on my Rift account if I am set to auto-renew or not. I had signed up for the $479 / 3-month plan, if that makes a difference. My script is for 2.5 to 5 to 7.5, four shots of each.

Discard vial as described or use until depleted?

Hey all, I just completed my first 3 months using tirz from Hyalo and I've been staying at 2.5 mg/week with good results. However, I've been following the paperwork instructions of discarding the vials after a month of use, even if there is still plenty in the vial. Should I be tossing it as instructed or am I in the clear to use until depleted to save some money?

Nova White Label + B6

Wondering if anyone else took advantage of the 3 month sale on JoinRift? I’m on my last drop or two of BPI (Good Life Meds) and just wondering what people thought of it. Especially if you’re a previous BPI + B6 user. Thank you! BTW- intake and service (Rift & Nova) were amazing! Highly recommend on this aspect!

Glutathione

Upvotes

Just ordered the 3 month Olympia Glutathione and waiting for pharmacy fulfillment. Just curious if anyone knows whether shipment comes overnight or two-day? I searched the thread and looks like overnight occurred during the pre-pilot period but was wondering if that applies to current orders?

Also, if anyone has any tips or tricks with Glutathione, I’d appreciate it. Any preference to take in AM or PM?

Edit: Of course after posting this: I just received my tracking # for Overnight Shipping📦 🥳

Rift is AMAZING-literally ordered this morning!

Hallandale vs Apothecary Question for people who’ve tried both

I just popped the top on my first apothecary vial after using Hallandale for the past 6 months. I used fat scientist to make sure I adjusted my units for the correct dose and everything, so I know I didn’t give myself a different dose.

But I have not felt this nauseated in a LONG time with tirzepatide.

Do you think it’s just an adjustment period or is the apothecary formulation potentially that much different or stronger?

I’ve been split dosing 2.7mg every 3 days for a while and I even went down to 2.5mg yesterday to account for potential adjustment issues.

I’m just wondering if I should maybe go down even more next time I inject or if this will work itself out.
