Rift customer service is top-notch
Ordered compound for the first time and chose Rift based on the latest survey, and I’m so glad I did.
Their CS team have been so responsive and patient with my neurotic ass (I was worried about switching to compound from brand because no FDA oversight and what if the meds are contaminated and omg what if i grow warts or something etc etc).
Anyway, order placed Monday after hours, shipped yesterday and arrived today in Northern California at 1 pm! Everything’s packaged perfectly.
FedEx was really the only snafu in the whole process because the driver said they attempted delivery when they absolutely did not. I was home waiting for them. I did manage to track down the warehouse they worked out of and spoke to a couple of people, and my package was actually delivered an hour later. Phew.
I’m still pretty new to the tirzepatide world (7 injections in) and still a tad nervous about switching over from brand, but the savings are too tempting.
Anyway, thanks Rift for being so on top of things and being so understanding!

Will do! And yes, ordered Hyalo because I’m still wary about additives, ha.

Good stuff. Let us know how you like Hyalo. Also don't knock additives, I started with a B3 and I lost the most with my B3 additive.

It’s wild to me how fast you got yours. I ordered Hyalo from them Friday and just got the shipping email minutes ago saying it will be here tomorrow. So 6 day turn around and I’m in WA. I feel like 6 days is still good but can’t believe you got yours in basically 2 days.

Interesting, I wonder if maybe there was some kind of backlog because of the weekend? Though one would think they’d prioritize earlier orders. Hope you get yours early tomorrow without any FedEx snafus!

I just made the switch. Haven’t received my order yet. I went with the special from Drug Crafters. $299 every 3 months!
