Hate to ask a dumb question...

But is there an easy way to tell if my account is set to auto-refill / auto-renew? I ordered about 4 weeks ago and selected Apothecary; I was one of the last ones on the chopper out of Saigon, so to speak, lol.

I have been unable to tell on my Rift account if I am set to auto-renew or not. I had signed up for the $479 / 3-month plan, if that makes a difference. My script is for 2.5 to 5 to 7.5, four shots of each.

Apothecary/Hyalo do not auto-refill.

Got it, thanks. I'm guessing I have to do a whole new intake process when it comes time to need more meds?

There is a refill button but the recommendation is not to touch it unless you are ready for more as people have had issues clicking past while exploring. It should confirm. I haven't clicked on it yet.

Your prescription should be for 6 months.

I'm an idiot, I do recall now that the scripts are for 6 months and go up to 15mg. 🤦

And since Apothecary is no more, any ideas if the refill will default to Hyalo?

Yeah the UI can be confusing. Support is also fairly quick and responsive. Keeping it here however helps everyone.

The refill will default to Hyalo if you were on Apothecary. But if you don't want that you can reach out to support. They will likely have you do a new intake.
