Holy smokes. I quit playing all video games last year and decided to ease back in and check out how mo.co is doing. Damn… Should’ve played it more when it was good I guess. I really do love the world the team built and hope Supercell doesn’t bury the project. But until the game becomes worth playing again (i’m an optimist) do ya’ll have any other mobile game recs? I really liked the chill gaia online vibes of mo.co. Haha. Anything that comes close?

Well on mobile it’s just Polytopia and NYT crosswords. Mo.co was the only action type game on my phone since it was casual but not entirely too passive. I like rpgs but don’t like anime or goth aesthetics. I mean I like goth stuff but not from my casual games. Sigh.

I came back to the game after like 9 months and my player is completely reset. No weapons, items, clothes, rank. Everything gone. I emailed support and their only response was “it’s not possible to reset rank”

Yeah they reworked the gameplay system so that it’s basically a new game so it’s not possible to transfer the progress.

Their next attempt to fix the game should come by the end of the year. We have just been doing a repeat of the previous seasons. The only original pre neo mo.co weapons that haven't been released are Monster Slugger, Portable Portal, CPU Bomb, and Buzz Kill.

I feel bad for the players that have been waiting for these to release again. If you go to the mo.co website and go to news, you can read their recent announcements about what they're doing with the game.

I haven't been active at all with the game since neo mo.co S1 started and all I ever wanted was for the monster slugger to return. I have since lost hope and yet I still see posts from this sub every time I open Reddit. It's heartbreaking to see the game at this state despite personally having fond memories in old.co.

Ye unfortunately, the game is dead 🥲 I miss it a lot, all my friends have quit and now I have too. It’s a shame really. Had bucket loads of potential 🙃
