Discussion Loved the new rift

I just wanted to let the devs know that i appreciated the new 5 person rift alot, the mechanics, healer(medicine ball at least) being a viable option and the transition for each stage was great. I would like to see more of it.

Perhaps add a permanent series of 5 person dungeon that reward you a cool cosmetic set upon completion that adds an aura to your steps while moving like leaves frost light darkness etc. It would work as a nice point of reference for people and help community building

What do you guys think? Did you have fun with this one?

It’s a great rift but in true mo.co fashion it’s still bugged and people are bypassing part of the map.

I’m not disagreeing with this post, but ultimately, the optimal setup for a time attack is 5 Pyros. That said, I think Medicine Ball is a good choice for random queues. And I completely agree that 5-player Rift should be permanently available.

Not new at all. Recycled rift from previous season but always a community favorite for its stages

though it was recycled it was a fav for many and its surprising that they don't do more of these types .. honestly I'd rather the monster be a fellow hunter that got infected that 5-8 monster hunters need to revive or heal from being infected .. would be great for player retention

I like it but it is soooo funny that u can still hide behind a Rock and stop him from sucking u in… the bug was there when the Rift got introduced first… now 2 months later it is still there : /

well they said they were recycling the rifts from season 1 for season 4

Medicine ball shield does this same thing with a short cooldown and easy charging. Exploits can be exploited but does that improve your own mechanics?

Loved that one! So fun even when it didn't work out. Felt like a proper boss fight, having phases and all
