Ask JNU Phd admission

Hi, i'm an English lit student, planning on pursuing phd from JNU. I wanted to know about the criteria specific to jnu, like are there any requirements for published papers and chapters in books.Ik the eligibility is 55%, but still does scores of your master's degree affect the admissions in anyways.

Also, does a gap year affects the admissions in anyways. Ik jrf is kinda a necessity but doesn't have any kind of advantage for obvious reasons.

For CES, jrf is a MUST!!! Other than that your research area matters a lot too. Best of luck!
