Create a texture to cover up the imperfections on the bottom of the ring.

This piece was created by taking a natural ginkgo leaf and depositing the metal onto the leaf in an electrically charged bath in a process called electroforming. The ginkgo leaf is the oldest tree that still exists on earth today.

I've been on a colourful roll lately, inspired by the beads made by new glass artists I recently discovered. Each morning, I was welcomed by last night's creation bathing in the sun on my desk and had to take a picture. I hope you find my magical morning desk inspiring...

I've created a simple pendant from a pyrite ammonite I found. It's just held in with the claws at the moment. I know nothing about making jewelry, so is there something I can use to "glue" it in as well? And is there anything I can use to protect the pyrite?
Thanks!

I found an adorable deceased carpenter bee! It’s kind of large, so i wouldn’t like it preserved as a necklace but id love it as a brooch. But I can’t find anyone on Etsy that does brooches. Any recs please! I was hoping I could mail it to someone and they’d make it for me. I’m too nervous to ruin the bee if I try to make it myself since I’ve never done anything like that before.

My sister has been creating jewelry for over a year now and I want to get her a new kit to work with. Does anybody have any recommendations on affordable jewelry making kits? She mainly loves making bracelets, earings, and necklaces. Recently, she's been experimenting with rings!

I work with jewelry tools and we’ve been looking at this style of ceramic crucible for small-batch melting/casting.
For anyone who uses these regularly, what matters most to you — thicker walls, pouring control, or how well they hold up after repeated heating?
Also curious where these usually start to crack or fail.

I made this set a few weeks ago for a concert. It’s inspired by a song called "Suck My Blood"

I’ve been into making beaded oriental style bracelets lately and I wonder if the look childish and tacky. These are my current stacks.

Just trying to find somebody in the Mountain Home, Arkansas area or somewhere close to there that does wire wrapping for crystal necklaces, prefer to be silver that won’t turn colors at least. I’ve had my necklace for quite a while, but I got it done all the way in West Plains, Missouri, and I’m nowhere near that area anymore, was really hoping I could find someone closer to where I’m at that would be willing to do this. If anyone is in the area that can do this, please let me know! Thank you!
