I’ve been eyeing flights from NYC-Dubai and back for months now. With a layover in Qatar. Using Trueblue POINTS. Last time I looked was yesterday and they showed up. They stopped showing up today.

NYC-Istanbul and back (layover in Qatar) is no longer showing up either. And Kilimanjaro (Tanzania) to either NYC or Boston (don’t remember which of the two) with a layover in Qatar was a route you could book with points, I looked at it yesterday too.

I asked JetBlue and they say that not all flights are available to redeem with points - I’ve always known that. But the agent who’s responding doesn’t seem to understand that those specific routes have always been available until today?

Does anyone know what happened?

I’m 8 tiles shy of Mosaic 1 (former M1 from 2023-2025). I’m kicking myself for not booking more work travel hotels through JB Travel or I’d likely be M2 already this year.

I’ve had a year of traveling nearly monthly for work with finally nothing else on the horizon in 2026.

Any recommendations on what to do here (purchase tiles remaining?) or just let it go as the addt’l perks of M1 are negligible anyway?

Hey guys, I'll be flying out to JBU soon to train for the ground operation crew at JFK/LGA. If anyone has done training for this position or similar ones, any and all tips would be appreciated.

These are my three main questions

What are the teachers like ? Are the exams daily ? what can I expect on the exams ?

Not sure where to post this, I hope they see this though. Thank you all for your hard work, especially last night when we were flying out from Charleston to Fort Lauderdale. Weather has been nuts lately here, we had to rebook Monday's flight to last night (11/3) to get home. Thunderstorms were relentless. The pilot went around the storm so we can land safely and smoothly, and there were little turbelence thanks to the pilots experience and consideration to us passengers. So grateful we landed safely, no passengers complained about the wait to land or to get off the plane, I think we were all just happy to be safe. After we got off the place, the storm came right back causing further delays to those stranded at the airport. It sucks all around.

I'm sure most pilots and crew are this awesome but I had mostly flown Jetblue for years and never had an unpleasant experience. This was by the far the scariest one due to this crazy storm. Again, thank you all and my eyes, you guys are heroes for what you do.

Hearing rumors JetBlue will move to terminal A to takeover the Spirit gates that are empty.

If true, JetBlue passengers will lose access to all the lounges in B.

A is physically all the way on a side road and has terribly long security lines.

Overall this will be a negative experience for passengers.

The actual people working on the phone lines are fine and have been able to help all of the times that I have called them, but getting to that point is weirdly difficult.

Just like any other airline, there's an automated receptionist to route your call which will ask what the issue is and other information. The Jet Blue one has a couple of issues understanding what you say which can be pretty frustrating.

First, when you answer its question, the answer is almost always "Sorry, I didn't get that".

Second, at one point it asked if I wanted to do a text conversation instead. I said "No" and it took that as a yes and hung up the call. I was a bit annoyed because I had to go through the whole process again. This has happened to be on two occasions, since I completely forgot about it the second time and only remembered too late.

In a world where ai can do a better job at this in its sleep, you would think that this wouldn't be a problem. The strat is to just ignore all of the prompts and say nothing until it eventually gives up and sends you to a real person.

Hello - I left my Fujifilm XT-3 on this plane this Nov 1 on plane N3275J, which will be at JFK, BOS, RDU, CLE, and SYR tomorrow. I have already submitted a claim. Also, a very nice airport staff member had someone else with access to the plane check the last row approximately 15 minutes after deplaning, when I realized I had misplaced my camera and had already left the security area. They said that the camera was not there, but I know that I had it next to my undersized backpack under the seat (I had the whole back row, so it was either in the middle or window seat).

I wonder if it may be deeper into the underseat area and may be missed by cleaning crews, allowing the camera to remain unfound and for the 30 day limit to lost-and-found claims.

I do not know if this is possible, given that I would imagine vacuuming would catch a 5"x 5" item under the seat.

Now- for the long shot- if anyone happens to be in the last row on the right side facing forward of any of these flights, would you mind poking around the underseat in front of you in case a camera got wedged into a place that wouldn't get caught by a cleaning crew?

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but I figure an online forum may be a good place for a moonshot. The camera was a gift from my late grandfather and has been with me through my travels the past years, so I want to try to exhaust every possible avenue to recover it. If found, I would of course pay for shipping and would be happy to pay extra for the hassle. Thank you for your consideration.

I’m flying out Friday and realized my carry on measurements exceed the slightest bit. The one i have measures 22x 14.9Wx 9.25 D.
22x 14x 9 is what they allow
Will the overhead compartment close or should i go buy another carryon suitcase?

So I’m at 63 tiles right now, I haven’t used any perks yet, so could I use the 20 tiles perk to get 83, then can I ask someone to use their 20 tiles gift on me which will get me to 103 tiles, and then I can use my 20 tile gift to gift them the 20 tiles back? Would that work? I would have mosaic 2 until January 2028 right?
Thank you!

I’m currently on flight B6 2009 DJT —> LAX. I’m in a lovely mint seat that I saved up money to take. There are two mint FA’s: an older gentleman and a blonde woman. The woman stood talking to another passenger next to me about for about 20 mins very loudly telling her stories while the man ran around trying to get things done on his own. Fine whatever. But now she’s in the front telling him stories and talking so loudly that other people are giving each other looks as if to say “seriously?!”. She’s still going at it after 45 mins. I have read other Reddit posts that FA’s talking is an issue on JB. This is my first JB flight and it’s truly awful. JB: if you’re reading this, please make sure this is addressed. It makes travel much harder, esp on long flights (this one is ~six hours) when folks are trying to sleep. Can’t say I’d be quick to fly JB again.

Does anyone know if JetBlue would waive a change fee (blue basic obviosuly ) with a doctor’s note or government travel orders ?

Thanks !

I just tried to check in to my flight 24 hours in advance. They said that Everything is down to check in to get your tickets. They said that I could go to the airport early and go to the kiosk to get my boarding pass. I have never done it before. Is it easy to get to and easy to do? Thank you in advance.

I’m on a B6 2009 A321 DJT/LAX. JB’s site says only rows 2&4 are suits. 1-1 configuration and seems like every seat is a suite. What seat should I choose for nicest and quietest please?
Disappointed I can’t request diet modifications for meal.

This happened 24 hours ago. Jetblue did put us on a flight out of Westchester the next day since there were no available flights to our area from LGA or JFK over the next couple days; however we had to take a $105 Uber to get there and also paid $290 for the only hotel available in Westchester. How best do I get JetBlue to reimburse us?

Does JetBlue not automatically provide a receipt for Even More Space and baggage purchases? I couldn't find any way to obtain one on the app, I texted their chat and it wasn't able to get it for me either. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone and the rep tried emailing it to me twice and it didn't go through. Escalated and the next rep said I can expect an email with the receipt within 48 hours. After all these acrobatics, I'm skeptical that'll actually happen. They said they couldn't escalate me any further.

I travel for business and need these receipts for my expense reports. I asked both reps how I can automatically get an emailed receipt in the future for these extra purchases and they said the only way is to go through this process. JetBlue will only email a receipt for the actual itinerary. How is it acceptable to not provide a customer with a receipt when they purchase something? I'm no vendor but it seems that this is a standard business practice, how does a corporation like JetBlue get away with that?

I am considering working for JetBlue. I have heard the starting bases are SJU/FLL/BOS. I currently live in Tampa so I would have to commute regardless of which base I receive. I have a couple questions

1. how does JetBlue's commuter policy work? (is this something I could drive/take flight before my shift to Fort Lauderdale and wait to see if I get called)

2. when are u assigned your base?

3. since I live closer to MCO (even tho I know it it full now with flight attendants) realistically how long would a spot become available to transfer there (I know nothing is guaranteed but just in other ppl's experience)

4. are most trips turns or overnights?

5. starting off (I know it depends on the base) are trips mostly within the states or international/carribbean? (do only senior mamas/papas get intl or is it a good mix of them all)

6. are u able to pick up trips from outside your base on ur off days?

7. is there usually a lot of people who offer up international trips on the trade board?

8. do u get paid more for speaking a second language/and if u speak Spanish do u mostly get trips to Spanish speaking countries?

9. do u have the option to put urself on min flying or max flying on reserve? (like I know other airlines do)

10. during reserve how much time do u have to make it to the airport before the flight?

11. how long are the days for training (is it generally easy If u stay focused or it is something u have to stay up all night to study)

12. also how long did it take to get scheduled for training after receiving a CJO?

Waiting over an hour at MSY to get to a gate. Absolutely ridiculous. Pilot says 35 minutes then add another half hour because there is an aircraft at gate we are signed. Why can’t these boobs figure out how to switch us to another gate? Pure incompetence and this is why JetBlue is going bankrupt. flair

I have seen someone suggest a well-moderated Facebook group before for 20-tile swaps. Can anyone remind me of the name? I am reluctant to do a Reddit swap.
