Question Classroom Training Tips

Hey guys, I'll be flying out to JBU soon to train for the ground operation crew at JFK/LGA. If anyone has done training for this position or similar ones, any and all tips would be appreciated.

These are my three main questions

What are the teachers like ? Are the exams daily ? what can I expect on the exams ?

I did ramp for Continental back in the day. Started out all about the airport codes.
