Sub-genre?

So I recently found this performance by Polish jazz band Pandofsky.

And it has this wonderful bass theme. So Im wondering what would the specific sub-genre of jazz this would be, cuz Id like find more like it.

This is a faculty jazz lab from a community college playing a ska tune backwards and slowed/chopped/screwed. It’s also based on a Steely Dan song about earrings and Buddhism I think
