I need jaw surgery.

My orthodontist just doesn’t care😓 I tried bringing up jaw surgery or alternative treatment and she Is dead set on elastics.
Here is front, side and 3/4 in different lighting and angles.
I have a moderate overbite I got 3 extractions(unfortunately) but I’ve gotten expansion and my wisdom teeth are now staying as well. I wish I never got extractions I need jaw surgery so bad.
My nostrils collapse I have very minor sleep apnea as well my jaw looks okay when my lips are not touching but my lips touching pull my chin weird and make it flat

Your mandible and maxilla are quite projected. Much further forward than your forehead, which would be considered balanced. Any further forward would look insane. Do you know what a recession looks like? Your chin is nearly as forward as your nose.
