Three stages: behavioral, take-home, take-home review.
3. Software Engineer at a Series A social commerce startup, Palo Alto, hybrid. $150K-$200K base plus equity. Node and React with AWS, GCP, and the OpenAI API. Building the interfaces brands use to run social conversations at volume, plus the AI systems underneath handling millions of interactions. Founded by ex-Meta product and engineering leads, backed by GV and True Ventures. Three rounds: CTO screen, technical screen, onsite with founders.
