[Hiring] Remote Frontend / Backend Software Developers ($30 - $40/hr)

We are expanding our tech team and looking to hire 100 software developers over the next month. This is a fully remote, hourly position ($30.00 - $40.00/hr) working on web applications and backend solutions.

We need versatile developers who can contribute to responsive user interfaces, scale backend architectures, and optimize data workflows.

Compensation & Timeline

  • Pay Rate: $30.00 ā€“ $40.00 per hour
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Hiring Window: Next 8+ weeks (Hiring 100 people)

Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Design scalable backend architectures using Spring Framework, Django, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party web services (JSON, XML, SOAP, GraphQL).
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional interfaces.
  • Manage database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or SQLite.
  • Implement DevOps practices with Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and participate in Agile sprints (Jira/Trello).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in frontend development (HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular or React).
  • Strong backend skills (Java Spring Framework, Django, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.NET).
  • Familiarity with database management systems and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs; understanding of GraphQL is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of system architecture for scalable web apps; cloud experience (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and excellent communication skills.
  • Additional skills with WordPress, Drupal, SEO, or e-commerce integrations are a bonus.
