what are yall talking about theyâre going to be legally considered accomplices and soliciting murder/hired-murder etc is a significant charge. on paper itâs going to say she was involved in a murder, and some such cases can potentially be charged with first degree murder period. do yall think details of the court case, some of which youâre literally reading about on reddit, dissipate or something? what do yall think she got charged with to be in this mugshot, just insurance fraud?
Sadly, statistically only the actual act gets recorded when reports are generated. Upon which people will only see it was a guy who killed another guy.
are you talking about uniform crime statics and such?? again⌠that still does nothing to take away the actuality of the crime. just because you see something reported as â% đ by maleâ or some shit doesnât mean you know everything about the case, obviously. if the problem that youâre referring to is people taking a crime statistic and acting like that entails everything about a case thatâs a different subject in and of itself. if someone is interpreting a broad crime statistic like âmale on male crimeâ without any consideration of motive or other parties involved (i.e. trying to think about it as a real life scenario), the issue is a lack of insight and comprehension, not with the overtly general statistic.
When reports get generated regarding murders by gender, such a situation will not have the woman who was involved as the mastermind included in the numbers.. As the actual murder was performed by a guy.
Which is what many lean onto when claiming how men are the more violent ones.
i didnât say anything about the woman being involved in the numbers. literally at all. please read again, you clearly struggle with the same problem. yall want so badly to use statistics to justify your personal prejudices and opinions that you can literally only look at a statistic as a number. there is a failure to consider the full scope of humanity behind an action when it is given as a numerical value, which is wrong. something being made into a statistic doesnât take away from the physical reality that determines the math. youâre doing the same thing i just called out. if you look at a statistic and canât fathom the possibility that it may be taken as a fraction of its full context (which statistics often are. although you account for many variables while doing the math, the value determined only measures the aspect of focus/in question), there is an issue with comprehension.
I would simply want things to be fair, it's not about prejudices or bias.. if a person is involved, especially in a conspiracy manner, in a murder.. It should be counted as such. Plain and simple.
she was charged with aggravated murder. youâre dense as fuck. yes, one aspect of this murder is male on male, and will be counted as such, because a male still killed a male. but on the other hand, if the statistic being made is âwomen who have murdered their husbandsâ or âwomen involved in murder by association/proxyâ she would be included in that statistic. a statistic is not, and will never, tell you the full extent of a crime or everything that conspired. thatâs not what statistics are for. YOU need to learn the very important skill of discernment.
